Celebrate the 27th Year of the Beaver Dam Holiday Parade hosted by the members and volunteers of Downtown Beaver Dam, Inc. on Saturday, December 7, in downtown Beaver Dam starting at 5:30. The parade will feature the Beaver Dam Police Color Guard, Beaver Dam Calliope, Beaver Dam High School Band, along with fire trucks, and dozens of parade entries featuring the theme “Holiday Movies” Santa Claus will welcome in the beginning of the holiday season at the end of the parade and all the 1st place elementary grade level coloring contest winners will ride on the float with him. Immediately after the parade head over to the Watermark, 209 S. Center St. to get this year’s handcrafted wooden train car piece, meet with Santa, and enjoy entertainment, refreshments and fun at the Watermark, 209 S. Center St. Coloring Contest winners, Window Decorating winners and Parade entry winners will all be announced then.
