Assign new cases for follow up from disaster caseworkers.
- To monitor RC View for new case creations and assign them to follow-up caseworkers.
- To keep track of caseworker case loads and availability.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use computer programs, such as Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Ability to work with case assignment system
- Have access to a computer and phone
Seven days a week coverage between Recovery Case Assigners.
