There are a variety of ways you can help as a volunteer at Clearview. We are searching for on-going general volunteers who are available to help with resident outreach, activities, events, storage organization, office assistance, and much more! Share your individual talents with us. We will create a personalized volunteer experience to meet your availability and task preferences. Our volunteer hours and needs are incredibly flexible. Join the Neighborhood House Land Stewardship Team in various habitat and land improvement projects. Participants will receive hands-on training in methods of vegetation management, plant and wildlife identification and principles of local ecology. Participants may sign up as individuals or as groups. Typical volunteer events last about 3 hours but can be more or less depending on the desired goals of volunteers.

Bo’s Heavenly Clubhouse in specific need for sympathy cards because they travel across the country in our care packages that are free for parents that endure the death of their child. 

We don’t need them to say much, in fact, the inside can be blank, we just need them to be made with love. Lots of love. Because that is entirely what grieving hearts need the most. 

If you would like to say something on the inside you can have it say: 
"We are so very sorry for the loss of your sweet child. We say their name alongside you. We hope that you know that you're not alone." 

Just heartfelt handmade cards would be awesome! 

Make these at home with your kids/church/small group and contact us for pick up, anytime. 

 You can purchase plain envelopes from Hobby Lobby or Walmart for relatively cheap if you would like your cards to come with an envelope to make them mailable!

Seeking person(s), group to help organize and rotate food pantry items in our storage area. We keep a full stock pantry here at PAVE and need some on going help to help upkeep our pantry.  

 Preferably done at the beginninging of each month.

As a volunteer, you will have an opportunity to enrich the lives of others.  You will meet and hear the stories of a wide variety of patients and their families.  We provide training and support to help you get the best experience from your volunteering as possible.  You can donate as much or as little of your time as you desire.

Our program is growing and we would love your help as needed! Areas include Beaver Dam, Horicon, Hustisford, Juneau, Lomira, Mayville, Randolph, Reeseville, and Watertown. Make a difference in your community by providing a nutritious meal and daily conversation for homebound seniors. Meals are delivered Monday through Friday between 10:30-12:30. Most routes are around a hour long. Personal vehicles are required, but we reimburse mileage at the Federal rate of $.70/mile. If you can commit to one day a week (or more!) we'd love to connect with you.

We have a team of volunteers that work on Christmas decorations/items all year long as the donations come in.  Pricing and sorting them for the following year.  

Hours are flexible. Come in when you want. 

Our Crafts, Sewing, and materials donations are handled by people who love that area.

Hospice volunteers are key to the success of the Hospice team. In this role, volunteers visit with patients and families to provide companionship or offer respite for the caregiver. Volunteers are trained specifically on ways to promote comfort and communicate with those facing end of life. Based on the type of volunteer service you wish to provide, Hillside Hospice will individualize your training program to assure you feel confident in your role. NAMI Dodge County is looking for Peer Support Group Facilitators to be able to expand our program and offer more groups during a month. Volunteers interested need to have a good listening ear and a sensitivity to reading people to offer compassionate support.

Those interested in facilitating will also need to meet the following requirements per NAMI Wisconsin:

If you have a passion for helping people and are able to meet the above requirements, then we want to hear from you! Volunteer facilitating would occur 1-2 times monthly for 1.5 hour sessions; there will be a virtual session and an in person session from which to choose. Thanks for checking out NAMI Dodge County!

Go through our one-day facilitator training and then (with a co-facilitator) lead our small faith-based groups weekly.   

Assist elderly with getting boxes of food to their vehicles.  This is an ongoing need.  Sign up or call and let us know when you are available.  Food distribution occurs on the last Monday of the month from 9:00 am- 12:00 pm and the last Wednesday of the month from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm.

So, not everything that comes to the ReStore is potentially someone else's treasure, we get that.

We don't want appliances and tools to make an impromptu Fourth of July show...so sometimes we have to recycle that favorite tool with all the cord bandages. (0;

That's why we have people that come in and take apart things and sort them for fine metals. Those metals are taken to the recycle center and that money is brought back to the store to help us build and repair Habitat Family homes.

Kinda fun taking things apart and seeing how they once worked and what's inside that thing that warms your food...can't break anything either...in fact it's your goal to break it all down.

How cool is that? Less in the landfill, more monies toward the mission!

We are currently looking for volunteers to work three-hour shifts.  9 AM-12 PM, 12 PM-3 PM, and 3 PM-6 PM.
