Lifeline Connection of Wisconsin - Dodge County

Mission: To help each participant “walk in the way of understanding” (Proverbs 9:6) as it relates to an individual with life challenges or life-controlling problems.

Lifeline Connection is a faith-based community organization dedicated to assisting people with life-controlling issues as well as offering real hope to those devastated by addiction.  We are affiliated with the national organization, Living Free.

• REFERRAL: Begin serving those who are incarcerated/unable to function responsibly because of their addiction.
• RELATIONSHIP: Provide relevant functional despite their addiction.  This allows the client to be responsible for daily necessities.
• REALIGNMENT: Provide effective ministry to families of those with life-controlling issues.
• RE-ESTABLISHMENT: Provide effective follow-up to those clients that have completed long-term recovery programs, providing continued positive peer choices, accountability, boundaries and consistency.
