Who We Are

The Dodge County Specialized Transportation System is a county-wide coordinated system that serves the elderly (age 65 and over), physically and mentally disabled residents of Dodge County, (including veterans and the general public).  Requests should be made by calling (920) 386-3832 or 800-924-6407 at least three (3) days in advance. Contributions are accepted based on the miles traveled.

Dodge County’s Transportation Program’s purpose is to provide reliable rides for Dodge County residents. The volunteer and staff drivers take pride in providing a safe ride, making sure the rider is on time for their appointment and is treated with respect and courtesy.

What We Do

The Dodge County Transportation program provides rides to eligible county residents to destinations both within and outside the county limits. The Dodge County Transportation Program operates Monday through Friday with the exception of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Spring Holiday (Good Friday), Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

To request a ride, the rider calls the transportation office and every effort is made to meet the request. Dodge County staff drivers use wheelchair vans and volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to provide rides.
