Mission: To provide a holistic approach to hospice care, addressing the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.

Preceptor Home Health and Hospice is dedicated to providing patients with care wherever they consider home. Hospice is a way of caring for people who have a terminal illness.

Preceptor provides support to the mind, body and spirit of patients and their families.  Preceptor Hospice is always looking for volunteers who can visit with our hospice patients.  Visits may include reading, playing games, cards, reading, writing letters, providing quality of life to patients who are at the end of their life.  Our volunteer coordinator would enjoy speaking with anyone interested about this amazing opportunity of giving back.  You can volunteer with a friend, co-worker, sibling, spouse, or on your own.  You can be a college student looking for volunteer hours. Are you retired and looking for an awesome opportunity or a Veteran who would enjoy visiting with another Vet?  We train and provide you with the tools you need for your visits.  You can visit based on your time and personal calendar.  We respect and appreciate your time.
