The United Way of Dodge County is committed to improving lives by mobilizing and empowering the caring power of our community. We envision a world where all individuals and families achieve their human potential through education, income stability, and personal safety and well-being. We strive to bring diversity, equity, and inclusion clarity to our daily work.

We strengthen our community by collaborating with partner agencies in three priority areas: education, financial stability, and personal safety/well-being. Through these efforts, we aim to create lasting positive change in Dodge County.

The United Way of Dodge County brings people together to improve lives. We raise funds that are then distributed to agencies who are well positioned to drive impact.  We strive to get maximum power of donated dollars through agency accountability, which includes proven measurable results.  We partner with agencies, boosting their organization to achieve greatest impact in our community.

We promote awareness, work with community leaders, and gather volunteers to meet the needs of our neighbors.  We believe we are stronger together!  By tapping our individual strengths, we can eliminate barriers and create opportunity for all individuals and families to reach their human potential.
