Who We Are

Dodge County Nutrition Program’s purpose is to reduce hunger and food insecurity, promote socialization of older individuals, and promote the health and well-being of older individuals by offering nutrition education, nutrition screening, and intervention of participants. Dodge County Nutrition Program is a program funded by a combination of federal and state funds, local public and private funds, and participant contributions. There are eligibility requirements to receive these services.

What We Do

Dodge county has 2 congregate sites where community members can socialize and enjoy a nutritious meal. For those in our community that are homebound we offer home delivered meals that are delivered by our volunteers at 9 locations.
