Mission: To help people from all walks of life find a way to overcome their roadblocks to employment.

Our company was created in 2015 by three women who shared a common vision: create cutting edge services for people of varying abilities to prepare them for work. Plain and simple. We wanted to help people from all walks of life find a way to overcome their roadblocks to employment. And guess what? IT’S HAPPENING EVERY DAY! All it took was a huge amount of passion, a desire to be the best at what we do, and a lot of moxie!

Over the past three years we have seen many individuals grow by leaps and bounds. Individuals who had never worked are now receiving their first paychecks. We feel fortunate to be a part of peoples journey as they launch a new career. High School students are turning to Bright Futures to gain valuable job experience before they graduate. Many are now well on their way toward a bright future as they enter the world of work. It’s an exciting time for everyone at Bright Futures!

Bright Futures provides job readiness training for individuals with disabilities who want to work in the community. We provide this preparation through soft skills training, resume writing, business tours, and volunteering. Learning job skills through volunteering is a great way to experience a variety of different jobs throughout the community.
Bright Futures also specializes in helping individuals with disabilities find fulfilling work in their communities using an array of services.
