Walgreen's Pharmacists will administer flu shots on Thursday November 7th from 12:00pm to 4:00 pm at Church Health Services, Inc, 115 N. Center St., Beaver Dam.
This flu vaccine clinic is open to those who are at or below 300% of Federal Poverty Levels, are uninsured or underinsured. If you have coverage, bring your insurance card.
