Community Impact Fundraising Event- Beaver Dam Pizza Ranch

Church Health Services is holding a Community Impact Night at Pizza Ranch in Beaver Dam on Thursday May 1st from 4-8pm.  We will be there to greet you and help throughout the evening.  Purchase $10 or $15 Coupon cards now at Church Health Services 115 N. Center St. and also at Pizza Ranch the night of our event.  Use them right away or another time and they also make great gifts!  Tips and donations are gratefully accepted!  Funds raised will go to support our dental and mental health care services to low-income children and adults.
