Maintain and periodically communicate monthly schedules of volunteers for weekly recurring responsibilities including pantry food distribution, food delivery receiving, and food pickups (i.e Grocery Rescue) as well as on an ad hoc basis for substitutions, other food picks / deliveries and special projects. There are currently approximately 40 registered volunteers available for one or more of the above-named tasks. The schedule is maintained on a Google drive spreadsheet accessed by all volunteers.
